That depends on your skin type and the results you desire. Medium and olive skin users who tan easily may only need the product for a couple of months and can then discontinue or go on a maintenance level of 1 tablet per day. Fair skinned users need extra melanin so they will want to use the product throughout the tanning season.

The difference between people with fair skin and those with darker complexions is based on heredity and their genes.
